I don't believe in sueing unless you have to. But be careful about the insurance claim. If you let them pay for it "out of their pocket", there is no claim filed so there is NO MEDICAL COVERAGE from the insurance company. File the claim so if you have problems in a week or a month you can get help. The hell with their insurance rates! If they want lower rates, don't let the little shit drive. That will cut their rates waaaay down.
